There is something special about setting aside time for the birth of your baby—not just the practical arrangements, but the way you want to feel. Connected. Supported. Able to listen inward and recognize your own voice.

That is the heart of my HypnoBirthing childbirth classes. Through education and guided practice, I help you explore the relationship between your thoughts, your emotions, and the way your body responds. The November group brings that work online, so you can join from your own familiar space.

You do not need to arrive feeling perfectly calm. You do not need experience with meditation or hypnosis. Bring your curiosity, your questions, and your hopes for meeting your baby.

Hypnotherapy Mind’s online HypnoBirthing classes are for parents who want personal guidance in breathing, relaxation, and connected birth preparation from home.

Online HypnoBirthing class dates: November 3–December 1, 2026

The upcoming group begins November 3, 2026, and meets on Zoom for five consecutive weeks. Each session meets live on Zoom from 6–8 p.m. Eastern Time.

Mark these dates on your calendar:

  • November 3, 2026: first class.
  • November 10: second class.
  • November 17: third class.
  • November 24: fourth class.
  • December 1: final class.

That is 10 scheduled hours together, with time between sessions to return to the breathing and relaxation practices you are learning. Rather than trying to absorb everything in one sitting, you can let the ideas become familiar over the course of the series.

Check all five dates before committing, particularly if you have plans around Thanksgiving. If you have a scheduling question, contact me before enrolling so we can discuss your situation personally.

The November series is online. You can participate from home without traveling to a Tampa-area classroom, while keeping a regular appointment for your birth preparation.

Who are these live online HypnoBirthing classes for?

These live online childbirth classes welcome first-time parents and parents preparing for another birth who want guided breathing, relaxation, and partner practice. They suit you if you prefer learning with an instructor at a scheduled time while joining from home.

Preparing for birth often comes with a long list of things to organize. It also deserves space for your inner experience: the words that reassure you, the sensations that help you settle, and the support that makes you feel understood.

My intention is to make room for that experience. HypnoBirthing brings childbirth education together with breathing, visualization, and self-hypnosis. You learn about birth while also practicing ways of meeting it with attention and confidence.

You are not preparing to perform a perfect version of calm. You are discovering what helps you feel more present in your own body. That is a much more personal starting point.

The November 2026 group offers a place in your week for this work. A familiar chair, a quiet corner, and a willingness to explore are enough to begin creating your practice space.

What you will learn in the online HypnoBirthing course

Learn breathing you can return to

Breathing is one of the practical foundations of HypnoBirthing. In class, you explore breathing methods as part of your preparation for birth, with attention to relaxation and your body's rhythms.

Instead of collecting instructions and hoping you remember them later, you have opportunities to practice. You can notice what feels comfortable, bring questions, and return to the guidance between sessions.

Your breathing practice is about support, not a score. You do not have to measure yourself against someone else's experience to find value in it.

Experience guided relaxation and self-hypnosis

Self-hypnosis in HypnoBirthing is focused, relaxed attention. It is not about giving away control; the emphasis is on your own awareness, imagination, and connection with your body.

Guided relaxation gives you a chance to become familiar with this experience. Visualization and mental rehearsal are also part of the techniques I teach, helping you explore supportive images and intentions for birth.

For some parents, the first discovery is simply that slowing down can feel different from trying harder. Class gives you space to notice that distinction for yourself.

Understand birth with warmth and clarity

My HypnoBirthing teaching includes childbirth education alongside the relaxation practices. Topics include the hallmarks of labor, comfort measures, birth positions, and questions to ask your care provider.

Understanding and practice belong together. Information can help you recognize what is happening; breathing and relaxation give you something personal to return to as you move through the experience.

I want you to feel comfortable asking the questions that matter to you. You do not have to use the right terminology or know what everyone else already knows.

Invite your partner into your preparation

A supportive partner does not need to memorize a script. They need opportunities to learn what helps you feel comfortable, heard, and connected.

Partners are encouraged to participate in my HypnoBirthing teaching. We explore practical support, comfort, and ways of being present with the birthing person.

These conversations can begin well before birth:

  • Which words help you feel encouraged?
  • When do you enjoy touch, and when do you prefer space?
  • What helps you settle into a quieter environment?
  • How would you like to express a changing need?

The answers are yours to discover together. Your preferences deserve attention, and your partner can learn to respond to them with care.

Make room for the mind-body connection

Birth preparation is not only about what you know. It is also about what you feel, imagine, and believe about yourself.

My work with hypnosis brings attention to that mind-body connection. In HypnoBirthing, breathing, affirmations, visualization, and relaxation offer ways to explore the inner resources you want to bring to birth.

You can practice recognizing a supportive thought, softening unnecessary tension, or choosing an image that feels grounding. These are invitations to become more familiar with yourself, not requirements to think or feel a particular way.

How to prepare for live HypnoBirthing classes on Zoom

One of the pleasures of an online class is being able to create your own comfortable surroundings. You might settle into a supportive chair, bring a cushion, and keep water nearby.

You can then return to that same space between sessions. The place where you learn becomes a place where you practice, helping your birth preparation feel part of your everyday life.

Online learning also asks for a little preparation. A reliable internet connection and protected class time help you stay present. If other people will be home, let them know when you are in class so you can give yourself room to focus.

Before the first session:

  • Test your sound and connection for Zoom.
  • Position your screen comfortably.
  • Set aside the full class time.
  • Keep a notebook for questions or reflections.
  • Talk with your partner about joining and practicing together.

Your space does not need to be beautiful or perfectly quiet. Aim for something comfortable and workable, with fewer interruptions where possible.

A HypnoBirthing parent's experience with Candice

Miranda, whose testimonial appears on my childbirth class page, described taking HypnoBirthing with me: “Taking her class brought me and my husband closer together making us an unbeatable team for labor.”

She also wrote, “I felt prepared and empowered.”

Those are Miranda's words about her own class and birth experience. What I appreciate in her story is the connection she describes: learning alongside her husband and feeling supported in her preparation.

Your experience will have its own meaning. You do not need to recreate anyone else's story. You can begin with what matters to you and build from there.

Let the weeks between classes support you

The time between sessions is part of the invitation. It gives you room to revisit a breathing practice, reflect on a question, or share a conversation with your partner.

Choose a rhythm that fits your life rather than creating another demanding routine. You might practice in a familiar corner after settling in for the evening, or revisit a relaxation exercise at a time that feels comfortable.

Keep the focus on returning, not perfecting. If a busy day passes, you can begin again the next day. What you notice during practice can become a useful question for the next class.

Some gentle ways to stay connected include:

  • Returning to the breathing guidance taught in class.
  • Noticing which images or words feel reassuring.
  • Sharing one reflection with your partner.
  • Writing down a question while it is fresh.
  • Making time to acknowledge your connection with your baby.

Preparation can be something you experience, not simply something you finish.
